Power Yoga: Enjoy a full body flow as you explore yoga postures and move through a Vinyasa sequence that will get your blood pumping. This foundational yoga class will help you work your muscles and connect to your breath, all at an invigorating pace. This is a great addition to any workout program or on its own. You do not have to be a member of CrossFit56 to attend, and all levels are welcome!

Shannon Hill is a 200-hour certified Power Yoga Teacher. She received her training at CorePower Yoga in Chicago. She fell in love with yoga when it was a requirement of her undergraduate training as an actor.  Since then, she has studied many types of yoga, including Meditation, Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa. She decided to do her training at Corepower because of its mission and its community. Now the Artistic Director of Festival 56, Shannon is looking forward to continuing her yoga practice in the Princeton community and using yoga to benefit her art.
